One of the largest and oldest archery clubs in Washington state, Skookum Archers range covers 39 acres on forested land in the heart of the South Hill in Puyallup. We feature a 56 target walk through course and both flat range and Broadhead Pit. Our flat range has targets from 20 to 101 yards, we also feature targets for FITA shooting from 18 to 90 meters.

Range Use Fee for Non-Members

The public is welcome to use the archery range daily from dawn to dusk. It is a good idea to first check the club calendar on this website to make sure there aren’t any tournaments or events that will occupy the range during the time you plan to be there.  Non-members must pay the shooting fee and agree to abide by the Range Rules of Conduct.  Payment should be made to the pro shop, Great Northwest Archery (on the club grounds) during business hours, or at the pay stand when the shop is closed.  Payments can be made with checks and cash only in the pro shop or pay box. Credit/Debit payments are accepted via our mobile app.

The range fee to shoot the flat range and walk-through courses is $10 for Adults (18+), $5 for youth (12-17).
Children 11 & under shoot free when accompanied by a paying adult, if no paying adult fee is $5.  Thanks and enjoy the range!

Note: You must provide your own equipment.  If you don't have your own equipment, we have an Introduction to Archery program on Thursday Evenings that provides instruction & equipment.

For frequent visitors, we now offer a Range Pass for $100 that will cover your range fees for the calendar year.  It is available for purchase via our mobile app, a card will be mailed to you that will need to be displayed while on property shooting.

Our range covers 39 acres of forested land in the heart of the South Hill in Puyallup, Washington. We feature a 56 target walk-through course with targets at various distances based on the NFAA Field Course guidelines.  On our flat range, you can shoot from 20 to 101 yards and we also feature targets for FITA shooting from 18 to 90 meters. We also have sandpits for practicing with broadheads and cross-bows.  All the targets on the flat range start on our blacktop shooting line.  We are actively working on a project to make sections of the flat range fully wheelchair accessible.
