We offer a few options for learning archery here at Skookum Archers. One of the main goals we have as a club is to teach and expand the sport of archery in all forms. We offer learning opportunities for both adults and youth if you have never picked up a bow or if it’s been many years sense the last time you had we do have programs that can fit your needs. We have three options for learning archery below.

Great Northwest Archery offers private one on one lessons in a warm and controlled environment in the shop. If your are looking for this type of learning environment please contact Doug at 253-841-0991.

The club offers two types of learning environments first is our drop-in program where we provide a introduction to archery in a fun and minimally structured program. You can learn more about it follow the link provided. Drop-in Program

The second option is a JOAD (Junior Olympic Archery Development) program. This program is for archers who are looking for a structured learning environment and want to progress as archers. This is dependent on whether there are enough people signed up for the month. You will learn about archery form over 6 lessons in a class environment. Skookum Rangers
